User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• One account per person; no shared accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Financial Information and Advice

Future Billing

• Beta users will receive preferential pricing for future paid plans
• No charges will be made without explicit consent and notice
• Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed before any billing begins

Intellectual Property

• Our IP: Personal4cast owns all rights to our platform, AI models, and proprietary technology
• Your Data: You retain ownership of your personal and financial data
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service
• Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve our service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personal4cast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from use of our predictions or recommendations
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data breaches beyond our control
• Decisions made based on information provided by our service

Service Availability

• Best Effort: We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• Third-Party Dependencies: Service may be affected by third-party provider issues (banks, data providers)

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Delete your account through account settings
• By Us: For violation of these terms or for any reason with notice
• Effect: Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
